Accident Benefit
Our plans include a $2,000 benefit to cover medical expenses resulting from accidents, including reimbursement of deductible and co-payments incurred.

Vision Plan
Our plans contain a vision program offered by a national vision provider with convenient locations in stores such as Sears, J.C. Penney, Target and Pearle Vision. The benefit includes exam and eyewear coverage.
